Welcome to Neatly! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Neatly mobile application ("App"), operated by Tommy Østgaard Consultancy (Org. Nr. 922888329) in Norway ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Neatly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Neatly. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account Registration and Use
- You must create an account via Google or Apple Sign-In.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You may not share or transfer your account to others.
- You must provide accurate information and update it as needed.
4. Subscription and Payment Terms
- Neatly offers a premium subscription with additional features, available for purchase via the Apple App Store.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Payments are processed by Apple; we do not handle payment data.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies.
5. Acceptable Use
By using Neatly, you agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt or harm the app's functionality or security.
- Share inappropriate, offensive, or false content.
- Use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the app.
6. Data Privacy

7. Intellectual Property
- Neatly and all related content, trademarks, and designs are owned by Tommy Østgaard Consultancy.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
8. Termination of Account
We may suspend or terminate your access to Neatly if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You misuse the app or cause harm to other users.
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Neatly is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding uptime, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruptions or errors.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Neatly.
- Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for your subscription (if applicable).
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts unless required otherwise by applicable consumer protection laws.
